Dental Hygienist (RDH) — Private Practice — Skokie / Highland Park / Oak Lawn

Glow Dental is a private, patient-focused practice looking for a warm, self-motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our close-knit team. This is a great fit for someone who loves connecting with patients, takes initiative, and wants to be a real partner in the care we deliver.

Compensation: $45–$52/hour, based on experience.

Schedule: Mondays in Skokie, Wednesdays in Highland Park, and Tuesdays in Skokie or Oak Lawn. We're open to hiring for one location or building a multi-day schedule across offices for the right candidate.

Recall appointments: 45-minute recalls with 15 minutes to turn over the room — no double-booking, no rushing your patients.

Benefits: Health insurance available for hygienists working four days per week (employee-paid).

What you'll do

• Perform cleanings, scaling, periodontal charting, and oral cancer screenings
• Take and review digital X-rays
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care in a way that keeps them coming back
• Identify areas of concern, flag them for the doctor, and know the right moment to bring them in
• Keep accurate documentation and work hand-in-hand with our dentist

What we're looking for

• Active Illinois RDH license in good standing
• A genuine self-starter who can run their column, confidently identify clinical findings, and know when to call in the doctor
• Extremely personable and friendly — you're the face patients remember, and warmth matters to us as much as clinical skill
• New graduates welcome, provided you're motivated and ready to take ownership
